Franklin Goose Review and Giveaway Ends September 18th!

So a couple weeks ago I did a review on Franklin Goose and their customer service. Today I am doing a review on Franklin Goose, their customer service, the product I received, and the time it took for me to get it.

As I have stated before I found Franklin Goose when they were doing their "Review" promotion. I thought it was awesome of them to do such a thing.. They did it to help get the word out about their company...and I would have to say it worked.

I decided to head over there and take a peek.  I am glad I did.  Not only do they offer "green" items they even have a "Safe Baby Promise"—

"We promise to offer you a quality selection of the safest, most organic and natural products available. We promise that you can shop here comfortably, knowing that we dedicate ourselves to hand picking each product on our site. While this isn't a perfect world, and some products we offer are not made with all-natural materials, we promise to only offer the best product options available."

I accumulated a pretty good chunk of credit due to the fact I am a very "green" mama and had used almost everything in their store. So when it came to ordering I was able to get quite a few items.

I went through their site and filled up my shopping cart a few different times and deleted it a few more. I could not decide what I wanted to get. They have so many items on their that I wanted it was really hard.

My first order gave me probably the most useful item I have. I purchased a Badger Basket Natural/Unfinished Two Drawer Storage Unit/Hamper for $36.99. When I got it in I had to put it together...wow so simple. A few screws here and there and BAM! done. I was really shocked to how strong it was and how deep the drawers "pockets" were. I loved the natural finish because if I ever decide to paint it I can no problem. The unit is very sturdy and the drawers are made from a very durable material.

Specs:

Overall unit measures 15.25"Lx14.25"Wx29.5"H. Drawers each measure 13.75"Lx13.5"Wx11"H.

Canvas drawers are 80% cotton and 20% polyester.

At first I bought it to hold my baby's dirty clothes. I put white in one part and colors in the other. Well that worked great...until her clothing became alot more colorful and she was going through more than it would hold. However, the usefulness did not stop there.

Next we used it to hold her onesies and her socks/hose/baby legs. That did really good for a while. But eventually we found a new use for it. Now it holds her toys.  She likes to climb and this is great for her. It is sturdy enough to support her but if it happens to topple over it is lightweight enough it does not hurt her. We keep many random things in it and she can pull out her bottom drawer on her own to get her toys out of there. (We put the toys she doesn't play with often in the top). On top of it is more toys (these are the ones that are ALWAYS out).

This was definitely a great item for our family. I made the order on 4/12 and received the item by 4/19. I had absolutely no issues with ordering it or receiving it. I ordered the basket unit with another item that took a while to get to me but again it was within a reasonable amount of time...considering they were BACKED UP!

And one of the other best parts....shipping was only $5.00! I am sure many other places would have charged alot more for shipping, especially since it was shipped UPS but not Franklin Goose. They only charged me $5.00 (and they charge $5.00 on more orders) and even sent me the tracking information!

I really would like to get their Badger Basket Natural/Unfinished Three Drawer Storage Unit/Hamper, Badger Basket Natural One Drawer Hamper, and their Badger Basket Pink Three Basket Set with Liners....and I will eventually.
