Charity is something we all understand, but how do we get involved? I am always happy to see a company giving back to the community. Have you heard about the Aviva Insurance charity competition?
The $1,000,000 Aviva Community Fund is an annual charitable event funded and supported by Aviva Insurance. It's all about supporting positive change in Canada. We all see needs in our communities. We see changes that could be made. Now is your chance to make those ideas a reality. So, how does it work?
Submit, promote and vote for ideas that will make a change!
First, think of an idea. What needs do you see? What positive impact can you create? Dream, inspire, and submit. Ideas can be submitted until November 25, 2013.
Next, you need to spread the word. Finalists are chosen based on votes, so rally the troops and get some votes! Getting an insurance broker to support your idea will help you increase your chances, so get out there and promote!
Once your idea is out there, go and vote for other ideas. Everyone sees something different, so there are different needs all over our country.This is a time when everyone truly wins. Support other submissions and help make Canada a brighter place.
